What to include

  1. Who you are. Name, and the company or project if there is one.
  2. What you're making. A few sentences beats a one-line brief. Links to reference or existing material help a lot.
  3. What you actually need from me. A mix, a full video, art direction, lyrics — or tell me you're not sure yet and we'll work it out.
  4. Timeline. Even a rough one. "Sometime this autumn" is useful.
  5. Budget. For paid work, a range saves us both a round of guessing. I'd rather know early than find out we were never close.
  6. Where you found me. Genuinely curious, and it helps me know what's working.

I answer everything, usually within a couple of days. If it's been longer than that, it went to spam rather than being ignored — send it again.
